MISSION FOR ADVANCING THEOLOGICAL EDUCATION/FRIENDS COMMITTED TO CARING WORKING WITH BUNTU FOUNDATION, BURUNDI AFRICA

Prof. Clyde Rivers and Arnold Doobay, Executive Director of MATEFCC

Prof. Clyde Rivers, Ambassador at Large for the Republic of Burundi, Africa, met with Arnold Doobay, Executive Director of MATEFCC, in Nairobi, Kenya to discuss and create a partnership with the Buntu Foundation of Republic of Burundi.



The Buntu Foundation is an organization created by the First Lady of Burundi, Denise Nkurunziza, to help the orphans, widows and underprivileged in Burundi. Arnold Doobay, Executive Director of Mission for Advancing Theological Education and Friends Committed to Caring, has committed to his first project with the Buntu Foundation.  Which will bring healthcare and medicines to aid the sick in Burundi.



Prof. Clyde Rivers spoke of Arnold Doobay saying, “He is a very great man. He is helping the world in practical ways as he shows the world the love of God. This is a strong partnership between the Buntu Foundation and this Canadian organization. We look forward to the great days ahead.”
